H.H. Sheikh Hamdan went on to note that the remarkable demand for the application asserts the success of the Dubai Government team in providing smart, easy, fast, accessible, and round-the-clock services to all segments of the community. “It also highlights the team’s tireless efforts, close collaboration, and dedication to producing world-class digital experiences that serve as a source of inspiration for others,” H.H. said. “DubaiNow has become an essential part of daily life in Dubai; it is the result of integration between various government entities, as well as with the private sector, to provide services that exceed people’s expectations and provide them with a high quality of life.”

DubaiNow is one of the most vital applications in Dubai, providing diversified, top-quality, and reliable services for users. The app meets the requirements of the digital age for a unified digital channel that streamlines essential applications for users, providing more than 130 services from over 30 government and private entities. It has processed 20 million digital payment transactions worth more than AED 10 billion since its launch, including four million with a total value of AED 2 billion just this year.

The DubaiNow application provides a unified user experience and a single sign-on for services, which has made it an essential part of daily life in Dubai.

A unified platform

The DubaiNow application is the first unified platform that provides an integrated experience for city services covering all daily needs for Dubai residents. These include bill payments for DEWA, Etisalat, du, and Etihad Water and Electricity, in addition to Salik and Nol top-ups; car registration, insurance, and registration renewal; traffic fines payment; driving license renewal, and many more.

The app also allows users to request travel and dependents reports from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai; access services from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment; DLD Title Deed Verification for any property in the Emirate of Dubai; residency management for a spouse and child; request academic history reports; flight tracking; digital business cards, and many more services that improve everyday life for all residents in Dubai.
