TheGovernment of Dubai, represented by the Department of Finance (DOF) and Dubai Smart Government Establishment (DSG), entered into a partnership agreement with Al Ansari Exchange to make DubaiPay’s payment services available on Al Ansari Exchange Mobile App.

H.E. Wesam Al Abbas Lootah, CEO of DSG, Jamal Hamed Al Marri, Executive Director of Central Accounts at DOF, and Rashed A. Al Ansari, CEO of Al Ansari Exchange, signed the agreement at the headquarters of Digital Dubai.

Under the terms of the collaboration, Al Ansari Exchange will join DubaiPay’s roster of service providers, making it one of the first private companies and the first exchange company to be linked to the app. With this development, Al Ansari Exchange’s customers can now use DubaiPay as an alternative payment option available on their mobile app.

Jamal Al Marri further welcomed the joining of Al Ansari Exchange to the “DubaiPay” portal and stressed the importance of offering the private sector the opportunity to benefit from Dubai’s advanced financial and digital infrastructure. This collaboration offers more flexibility and convenience to customers to perform their financial transactions. He added: “DOF is committed to increasing customer satisfaction and happiness levels in the emirate, being that it is one of the highest strategic goals. Our partnership with Al Ansari Exchange is in line with our continuous collaborations with Digital Dubai, other government entities, and the private sector geared towards expanding the reach and services of DubaiPay to ensure more secure and flexible payment options for its users.”
